Problem first, pixels later
My Informatics Engineering background makes me want to understand how the thing works before how it looks. I start from the stuck user and the business constraint, and design the shortest honest path between them.
Open to collaborate
I'm Ryoo — a UI/UX designer who turns complex product problems into clear, shippable experiences. I connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints from early framing to final implementation.

About
My Informatics Engineering background keeps my UI/UX work grounded in how products behave . I frame the problem, understand the system around it, and turn user and business needs into a clear experience.
I collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and clients—from early questions through responsive UI and implementation. The common thread is design decisions that can defend themselves.
What I bring
How I think
01
My Informatics Engineering background makes me want to understand how the thing works before how it looks. I start from the stuck user and the business constraint, and design the shortest honest path between them.
02
Research, business goals, and technical constraints — I translate all three into one experience that feels obvious. If a design decision can't be explained in those terms, it's probably decoration.
03
UI craft matters, but the real value is knowing what to prioritize, what to simplify, and which trade-offs serve users and the product. Tools change; good judgment travels.
04
I keep design close to implementation, working with developers and testing responsive behavior early—because an interface is not finished when it looks right, but when it works in the world.
